Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer (Light) Review

This is the most sought after bronzer I have ever gotten my hands on! I had to wait months for Priceline to finally get this one back in stock, and it was totally a fluke they had it when I checked for what felt like the dozenth time.

While I’m usually one to wait for a sale, I knew these would be snapped up, so I bought one while I could. Now that I’ve had a chance to play with it, here are my thoughts on the Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer.

If you love Too Faced’s Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer, but also don’t mind a bit of shimmer, there a fair chance you will love this one! Butter Bronzer (Light) is a soft, warm bronze shade (almost caramel in finger swatches) that slides onto the skin and blends almost effortlessly.

It’s super soft and buttery (like the name implies), and feels even more expensive than other high end brands I’ve tired – only it’s much cheaper…about $20-30 AUD depending if it’s on sale or not.

It’s much creamier than the Mood Booster Glow, and I’m confident to say it’s a fairly fool-proof one for even the palest of us.

Here it is swatched next to all my other bronzers. To me, it’s one of the most consistent when it comes to finger swatches and face applications, and has one of the best tones for my skin, despite being warm (I have cool undertones).

Have you tried this bronzer, and do you agree with all the hype that surrounds it? Please let me know in the comments below!
